📱 Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data rates charged by your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. TeamShield IT does not charge separately for SMS communications.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a fully executed MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW shall govern with respect to the specific services described therein.
Payment terms for managed IT services are specified in individual Service Agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. TeamShield IT reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamShield IT, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage — arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services, even if TeamShield IT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TeamShield IT in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
